In the first phase of the project, a total of 55 professionals received training in the revised selection methodology. Attendees have included existing Secretaries General, Academics, Civil Society Representatives and representatives of Human Resources departments. This training is intended to spread the use of the revised selection practices, to ensure that a broader range of processes (outside of this immediate project) operate according to the principles of objective, evidence-based, fair and transparent selection practices.
Within Phase 2 of the project (September 2018 - March 2020), further training has been delivered to extend the coverage of skills. Details of specific training events are outlined below.
