A range of training and development activity has been conducted across the three phases of the project to support merit based recruitment practices in Kosovo.  Attendees have included existing Secretaries General, Academics, Civil Society Representatives and representatives of Human Resources departments.  This training is intended to spread the use of the revised selection practices, to ensure that a broader range of processes (outside of this immediate project) operate according to the principles of objective, evidence-based, fair and transparent selection practices.

Within Phase 3 of the project (June 2021 to March 2024) a broad range of training and development activity has been completed.  This has included:
