Project conferences have been held in 2018, 2019 and 2022.  The most recent conference in November 2022 was held with participants drawn from Kosovo institutions, the government, municipalities, the international donor community, civil society and successful appointees into senior public positions. The Prime Minister was a keynote speaker, and the agenda included a panel discussion around the benefits of merit based recruitment.  It was attended by over 90 people and covered by Kosovo media.
